The short version
Samsung's Tizen system cannot install Android apps, so TiviMate is out. Instead, use a TV app such as IBO Player or Smart One from the Samsung app store. These apps show a MAC address; you add your login on the app's website, and most ask for a one-off activation payment once the free period ends.
