The short version
Smart One IPTV is a TV app for Samsung and LG. Like IBO Player, it shows a MAC address on screen; you upload your M3U playlist on Smart One's website for that MAC, and the TV loads it. Activation is per device and paid to the app maker.

Smart One or IBO Player?

Smart One loads its playlist from its website, so changes you make there show up the next time the app starts. During the free period, test the guide, the search and channel changes on a busy evening. If the app is slow on an older TV, a small streaming stick plugged into the HDMI port is often a better long-term answer than a second paid TV app.
