The short version
Two different things get called the IPTV password: the login we send you, and the parental-control PIN inside the app. The login connects you to the service. The PIN is set in the app's settings and locks categories so children cannot open them. If you forget the PIN, the app's own reset steps apply.
- The parental PIN is set by you, in the app
- Locking categories works in TiviMate, Smarters and most TV apps
How do I set a parental PIN?
| App | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| TiviMate | In Settings, open Parental control, choose a PIN and lock the groups you want hidden |
| IPTV Smarters Pro | The Parental control item in Settings |
| IBO Player / Smart One | App settings on the TV, or the app's website |
I forgot the PIN. What now?
In most apps, removing and re-adding the playlist resets the PIN. We can resend your login so you do not lose it.
What should I lock?
Lock any category you do not want children to open. We do not publish or share codes that open restricted content.
