How does paying by Interac work, step by step?
- Choose your plan, screens and device, then tap Order this plan. A chat opens with a message such as 12 months for 2 screens ($124.99). Ref: T12-2-order.
- We reply with the e-Transfer address and the amount. The amount always matches the price on our plans page, taxes included.
- Open your own bank app, add the address as a recipient and send the amount. Put the order reference in the message field.
- Once the money lands, we send your login and the app to use. If you already did the trial, it is usually the same app.
What will Canada 4K IPTV never ask for?
Your bank password, your security questions, a one-time code from your bank, or a photo of your card. Anyone who says they are Canada 4K IPTV and asks for these is not us: stop and tell us in the chat.
Can I pay another way?
Yes: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or crypto. Interac comes first because most Canadians already use it and because the transfer is between your bank and ours, with your bank's own records.
What if I change my mind?
Within 7 days of paying, ask in the chat and we refund the full amount by the same method. Our refund page lists the details.
