The short version
Any app that accepts an Xtream Codes login counts as an Xtream IPTV player. The login has three parts: server address, username, password. XCIPTV is a popular free one on Android and Fire TV, and TiviMate and IPTV Smarters accept the same login. Canada 4K IPTV sends Xtream details with every trial.
- Xtream Codes = server + username + password
- Same login works in several apps
| App | Runs on | Pricing model | Login type |
|---|---|---|---|

Xtream or M3U?
Xtream logins load channels, the library and the guide separately and update faster. M3U is a single link for players that need one.
Signing in
Choose the Xtream Codes login, then type the server address, username and password exactly as we send them in the chat, including the http:// part and the port number if there is one. A missing letter or an extra space is the most common reason a login fails. Once it works, the app loads live channels, movies and series in separate sections, and the guide fills in after the first refresh.
